Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Executive in Michigan to manage a ~$2M revenue book. You will lead broker services, design insurance programs, and collaborate with producers to retain clients. The role demands strong communication with C‑level executives and proactive risk management in a dynamic team.

You’ll coordinate carrier marketing, stewardship, and renewal activities while partnering with HUB colleagues to deliver top‑tier service. Travel and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree preferred for the Account Executive role.
• Life & Health insurance license is required or easily attainable.
• At least 7 years of experience servicing large EB accounts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HUB’s primary consultant to the client in collaboration with Producers.
• Maintain client relationships, communications with stakeholders, and account updates.
• Establish and maintain relationships with C‑level decision makers.
• Articulate exposures, coverages, and risk management solutions for clients.
• Coordinate delivery of HUB services, including reviews and renewal marketing.
• Ensure timely delivery of all client deliverables and maintain receivables.
