Job summary

HUB International Midwest-East is seeking an Account Executive to service a portfolio with approximately $2M in revenue. You will provide broker-consultant support, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with Producers and Account Managers to ensure retention and optimal coverage terms.

The role requires a Life & Health license, a BA/BS, and 5–7+ years of relevant experience with large employer benefit accounts. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience servicing large EB accounts.
• Proficiency in alternative funding mechanisms, including self-funding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HUB’s primary consultant to the client alongside Producers.
• Maintain strong relationships with client decision makers (C‑level).
• Articulate exposures to loss, insurance coverages and risk management solutions.
• Oversee delivery of all HUB services throughout the policy cycle, including reports and coverage marketing.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and manage receivables, staying within deadlines.
