Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking graduates for an 18-month career development program in Los Angeles focused on client service and employee benefits. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting account teams, assisting with client needs, and learning how employee benefit programs are managed day-to-day.

Throughout the program, you’ll work with HR, Benefits Managers, senior leaders, and peers, participate in mentorship, and build connections across the organization while contributing to USI Gives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree earned within the past two years.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, curious, and able to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Support account teams in day-to-day client service activities.
• Assist with client needs, including plan materials and enrollment support.
• Gather and maintain client census data for renewals.
• Review contracts and plan documents for accuracy.
• Help resolve enrollment issues and billing inquiries with the team.
• Create client-facing materials for meetings and presentations.
