Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree earned within the past two years.
• Interest in client service and employee benefits.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support account teams and assist with client service requests.
• Help gather and maintain client census data for renewals.
• Review plan documents for accuracy.
• Prepare client-facing materials for meetings.
• Participate in client meetings to learn relationship building.
• Assist with enrollment processes and documentation.
