Job summary

USI Insurance Services in Raleigh, NC offers an 18-month career development program for recent graduates pursuing a career in client service and employee benefits. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting account teams and learning how employee benefit programs are managed day-to-day.

You’ll work with HR, Benefits Managers, senior leaders, and peers, participate in mentorship, and have opportunities to engage in networking and USI Gives Back initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree within the last two years.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Clear communication and teamwork.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day account management activities across multiple clients and industries.
• Assist with client service requests, including materials and plan documentation.
• Gather, organize, and maintain client census data for renewals.
• Review contracts and plan documents for accuracy.
• Help resolve enrollment issues, billing inquiries, and escalated claims.
