The Family Support Division (FSD) in Missouri seeks a Benefit Program Technician to help citizens receive food, medical, financial and nutritional assistance at the Livingston County Customer Service Center in Chillicothe.

You will determine initial and ongoing eligibility, interview clients in person and by phone, prepare summaries, and support program operations with empathy and non-judgment.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Four years of customer service experience OR a Bachelor's degree.
• Interviewing clients in person and by telephone is expected.
