Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews to determine eligibility for assistance and re-determines continuing eligibility.
• Explain temporary assistance programs and determine need for assistance.
• Process applications for financial assistance and diversion; explain client responsibilities and rights.
• Evaluate data for completeness and accuracy; substantiate as needed.
• Compute assistance plans and determine allowances for special items.
• Assess education, work experience, and social functioning to determine employability.
• Maintain case records and generate reports using agency software.
