Job summary

Beacon Hill in Elk Grove Village, Illinois seeks a temporary Benefit Client Services Representative to support the upcoming busy season. You will assist with client renewals and serve as a key contact for employer groups and clients.

Responsibilities include processing enrollments, terminations, COBRA and HSA accounts, maintaining accurate records, responding to employee inquiries, coordinating with 20+ carriers, and supporting benefit portal access and billing reviews.

• Review and validate carrier billing for accuracy.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative benefit transactions.
• Building and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and reporting.
• Managing benefits administration platforms (Employee Navigator preferred).
• Troubleshooting benefit and eligibility issues.
• Collaborating internally with eligibility, enrollment, and service teams.

Salary: USD25 - USD32 per hour
