Job summary

HCSC is seeking an entry-level support specialist to respond to written and web-based inquiries from beneficiaries and providers. You will conduct research, provide accurate information, and communicate clearly under supervision.

This role starts onsite in Houston, TX, with 4 weeks of training, then a hybrid work schedule. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 6 months in customer service or office work, data entry skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months customer service OR 6 months office experience.
• Data entry and/or typing experience.
• Interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills and independent decision making skills.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
