You will prospect, plan efficient field routes, visit sites to consult on hydraulic, fluid power, and heavy equipment applications, and drive closed deals with clear proposals and favorable terms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field sales or business development experience required.
• Background in hydraulics, fluid power, heavy machinery, or construction required.
• 1+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel daily.
• Strong self-direction, time management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.
• Plan efficient daily field call routes to maximize customer interactions.
• Visit customer sites to consult on hydraulic, fluid power, and heavy equipment applications.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-margin sales.
• Manage territory travel corridors to maximize schedule efficiency.
• Track customer information, sales activities, and pipeline progress in the CRM.
