Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Bend, OR is seeking an outside sales professional to build and manage a personal book of business with independent accounts in the foodservice sector. Starting base salary of $85,000 plus uncapped commissions, monthly and annual bonus incentives, and recognition programs.

You will own end-to-end customer relationships, drive new business, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6-12 months sales/marketing and/or restaurant experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Develops independent accounts and grows a personal book of business in foodservice.
• Owns end-to-end relationships with customers and drives new business opportunities.
• Identifies and closes new sales opportunities with independent accounts.
• Maintains knowledge of products and market trends to support customers.
• Collaborates with internal teams to deliver solutions and exceptional service.
