Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales or similar.
• Background in hydraulics, fluid power, heavy equipment preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
• Experience with CRM and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with counter sales and product selection.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hydraulic, fluid power, and heavy equipment solutions.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Develop relationships with customers to grow sales.
• Support outside sales with quotes and customer data.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations for order fulfillment.
