Job summary

Cascade Machinery & Electric, Inc. is actively expanding and seeking driven Outside Sales Representatives to own our established markets. You will act as a consultative partner to plant managers, maintenance directors, and engineers across manufacturing, maritime, and municipal sectors.

Drive new revenue, grow existing accounts, and manage a defined North or South Western Washington territory. Expect a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, monthly vehicle allowance, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience with quotas.
• Direct experience selling industrial machinery (motors, pumps, or air compressors) preferred.
• Strong ability to discuss mechanical concepts with engineers and facility managers.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel locally within territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive new revenue by prospecting, cold-calling, and networking in industrial facilities.
• Grow existing accounts through retention, upselling services, and equipment replacements.
• Conduct on-site walk-throughs and assess customer needs to quote industrial equipment and solutions.
• Execute a strategic territory plan to maximize gross margin profitability.
