Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking Depot Technicians to perform bench repairs on POS equipment and related devices. You will diagnose, repair, and log activities, with potential training of new staff and handling system-based tasks.

The role requires accurate documentation and adherence to safety procedures. The position is full-time at the Durham facility, with shifts typically from early morning to early evening and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year electronics repair or assembly experience.
• Ability to follow testing scripts and record activity accurately.
• Good hand tool skills for small components.
• Strong organizational and process-driven abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair POS computer equipment.
• Use host-based systems to log work and parts used.
• Maintain high-quality work and accurate records.
• Train new staff on repair and system tasks.
• Demonstrate teamwork in the Repair Center.
• Follow safety procedures and keep area clean.
• Perform pick/pack/ship of components.
