What You’ll Be Doing
Diagnose, repair, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and devices
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and performance issues
Remove viruses/malware and optimize systems
Set up and support home offices (Wi-Fi, printers, remote work setups)
Provide in-shop (bench) work and occasional onsite support
Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships
Spot opportunities where clients need additional services or support
Commission Opportunities
Identify opportunities for new clients or additional services
Refer or help close managed services, support plans, or projects
Earn commission on new business you help bring in

What You Bring
3–5 years of hands‑on computer repair/support experience
