Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking an Apprentice Jeweler to start in our Field Design & Service Center teams. You will perform administrative tasks, polish jewelry, and gradually advance to bench jeweler responsibilities.

Responsibilities include setting stones, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair, plus creating custom pieces with CAD/CAM design. Full-time hours include some evenings and weekends; comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years Bench Jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades working with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation.
• Customer service minded individuals with a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Polish jewelry and perform administrative tasks as an Apprentice Jeweler, with progression toward bench duties.
• Restore jewelry to its original beauty and design custom pieces.
• Set stones, size, polish, and repair jewelry as part of bench duties.
• Create stone mountings and perform wax carving and fabrication tasks.
• Engage in CAD/CAM design work to support custom designs.
• Deliver a Customer‑First experience and ensure high quality workmanship.
