Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level and experienced Jewelers to join our Field Design & Service Center teams. You will restore jewelry to its original beauty and design custom pieces, delivering a Customer‑First experience that exceeds expectations.

As an Apprentice Jeweler, you will complete administrative tasks and polish jewelry, eventually advancing to Bench Jeweler and performing stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair. Varying shifts include some nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years Bench Jeweler experience or equivalent in skilled trades with fine metals.
• Passing a bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service mindset with a focus on quality work.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair.
• Restore jewelry to original beauty and design custom pieces.
• Cad/CAM design work and fabrication tasks.
• Contribute to the manufacturing of jewelry across Field Design & Service Center teams.
