Job summary

Signet Jewelers Field Design & Service Center is seeking entry-level and experienced jewelers to join our team. You will start as an Apprentice Jeweler, completing administrative tasks and polishing jewelry, with progression toward Bench Jeweler, including stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair.

We restore jewelry to original beauty and design custom pieces, delivering a Customer-First experience across our Design & Service Centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years bench jeweler experience or relevant trades with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative tasks and polish jewelry.
• Advance to Bench Jeweler over time.
• Set stones, size, polish, and repair jewelry.
• Create custom designs and mountings using CAD/CAM tools.
