Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level and experienced Jewelers to join our Field Design & Service Center teams in the United States. An Apprentice Jeweler will complete administrative tasks and polish jewelry, with progression to Bench Jeweler, including stone setting, sizing, polishing, and repair.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years Bench Jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades working with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation.
• Customer service minded individuals with a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full‑time 40‑hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative tasks and polish jewelry, advancing to Bench Jeweler.
• Restore jewelry to its original beauty and design custom pieces.
• Perform stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair.
