Job summary

Signet Jewelers is hiring entry‑level and experienced Jewelers to join our Field Design & Service Center teams. You will start as an Apprentice Jeweler, handle administrative tasks, and polish jewelry, with a clear path to Bench Jeweler through demonstrated proficiency.

Responsibilities include stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair, delivering a Customer‑First experience. The role offers growth across multiple centers and opportunities to specialize in custom pieces.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years Bench Jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades working with fine metals
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level
• Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation
• Customer service minded individuals with a high standard for quality work
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Polish jewelry and perform repairs to restore original beauty.
• Perform stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair tasks.
• Advance from Apprentice Jeweler to Bench Jeweler through demonstrated skill.
