Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level and experienced Jewelers to join our Field Design & Service Center teams. As an Apprentice Jeweler, you will complete administrative tasks and polish jewelry, eventually advancing to Bench Jeweler.

You will also be responsible for stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair. Signet Jewelers has over 220 centers nationwide, offering growth and a customer-first focus.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years Bench Jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades working with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation.
• Customer service minded individuals with a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Polish and set stones, size and repair jewelry to restore its beauty.
• Perform stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair responsibilities.
• Create custom designs and mountings for pieces as needed.
• Deliver a Customer-First experience that meets quality standards.
