Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level and experienced Jewelers to join our Field Design & Service Center teams. An Apprentice Jeweler completes administrative tasks and polishes jewelry, with opportunities to advance to Bench Jeweler.

You will perform stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair, restoring pieces to their original beauty while delivering a Customer‑First experience that exceeds expectations.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years Bench Jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades working with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation.
• Customer service minded individuals with a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full‑time 40‑hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative tasks and polish jewelry, with progression toward Bench Jeweler.
• Polish and restore jewelry to original beauty; design custom pieces.
• Perform stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair.
• Deliver a Customer‑First experience that exceeds expectations.
