Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jewelers and experienced Jewelers to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. Start as an Apprentice Jeweler handling administrative tasks and polishing, with opportunities to advance to Bench Jeweler.

We offer jewelry repair, stone setting, CAD/CAM design, and continuous learning to grow from beginner to artisan. Most positions require a 40-hour week with some overtime and some evening/weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years bench jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Repair jewelry including chain, clasps, prongs, settings and mounts.
• Perform bench tasks such as wax carving, casting and fabrication.
• Assist with custom design and creation of pieces.
• Utilize CAD/CAM design tools for project work.
