Job summary

AMMEGA Belt Technician I in Jefferson, PA fabricates in-tolerance conveyor belts per order requirements and established work instructions at our Belting operation. You will be based in Jefferson, PA, 40–50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with potential involvement in belt installation at customer sites.

Role requires reading shop orders in English, basic math, and the ability to use hand tools and shop equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade training preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend shop orders and drawings written in English.
• Must be able to read measuring devices and perform basic math.
• Must be able to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate in-tolerance conveyor belts per order requirements and work instructions.
• Follow safety policies and company policies.
• Complete shop orders using the Production Priority Code system.
• Perform belt fabrication steps: Cut To Length, Lacing, Finger Splicing, Slitting.
• Assist with belt installation at customer sites as needed.
