Job summary

Hotel Drover in the Fort Worth Stockyards seeks a welcoming Bellperson to deliver Legendary Service to guests through luggage handling, room escorts, and local guidance. You will be one of the first and last impressions, reflecting true Texas hospitality and the Drover brand.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with directions, transporting guests in the house car, coordinating with Front Office and Security, and maintaining lobby cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Passion for creating meaningful guest experiences.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Clear, professional communication.
• Flexible schedule—evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Assist guests with luggage handling on arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to rooms and overview amenities.
• Use the hotel’s house car for local transfers.
• Provide directions to Fort Worth Stockyards and attractions.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and F&B to ensure seamless service.
