Responsibilities

• Assist housekeeping team by delivering linens, amenities, and supplies to guest floors and closets.
• Remove used linens, garbage, and recycling from housekeeping carts and guest areas promptly.
• Stock housekeeping closets and ensure storage rooms are clean, organized, and fully supplied.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest and staff requests for items such as towels, pillows, or roll-away beds.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks including carpet shampooing, polishing, and window washing.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or unusual room conditions to the appropriate departments.
• Adhere to safety standards, using PPE when necessary.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of service elevators and team member areas as needed.
