Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to rooms and familiarize them with hotel services.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure order and supplies.
• Explain room features and operation of devices.
• Store luggage and deliver packages as needed.
• Provide information and directions to guests.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
