Job summary

Encore Senior Living's Bellevue Senior Living community in Green Bay, WI is seeking a full-time Maintenance Tech to keep our senior living environment safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. You will work on building systems, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety, ensuring residents have a dependable, home-like setting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience and a willingness to train, with a strong commitment to quality and resident care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Full training program available for right candidate.
• Knowledge in repairing plumbing, electrical, painting, finishing and hvac systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs as assigned to keep the community running smoothly.
