Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• HVAC certification preferred; CPR certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on HVAC units, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords.
• Execute general and preventive maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
• Respond promptly to residents' maintenance requests.
• Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in per community standards.
