Era Living, LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician II for our Lakeshore community in South Seattle/Renton, WA. Shifts are Sunday–Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a $25–$29 per hour rate and a $1,000 signing bonus.
The role covers routine plumbing, plastering, painting, lighting, electrical and carpentry, plus roofing and mechanical maintenance to keep the community in top condition.

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintaining the community in good repair including routine plumbing, plastering, painting, lighting, electrical, carpentry, roofing, and mechanical maintenance and repairs of the community and equipment.
Possess moderate to higher level technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment generally used in a health care setting
Advanced knowledge of basic construction principles
Valid Washington State Driver’s License
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
High school graduate or GED certificate, requires
One year technical school training or 2 years’ experience, required
