Job summary

Encore Senior Living at The Courtyard in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a part-time Maintenance Director to keep our senior community safe, comfortable, and welcoming. You will manage building systems and coordinate maintenance activities to support residents and families.

You will apply knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety systems, working collaboratively with a dedicated team to maintain a home-like environment. Join a culture that values integrity and quality in service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Knowledge in repairing plumbing, electrical, painting, finishing and HVAC systems.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• We offer a full training program and are willing to train the right candidate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and safety.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of residents' spaces.
• Support residents and staff with maintenance requests.
