Job summary

Le Méridien Chicago - Oak Brook Center, Oak Brook, IL, is seeking a friendly Bell Person/Valet to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and explain hotel facilities and hours of operation.

This part-time role requires at least 6 months of guest-facing experience, a valid driver's license (manual transmission preferred), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push a bell cart up to 100 lbs. Qualifications

• Guest-facing work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Show guests to rooms and assist with luggage.
• Explain hotel facilities, hours of operation, and services.
• Check luggage for guests for day or overnight stays.
• Maintain the lobby and bell stand area and keep stations clean.
• Open doors and greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
