Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and stand for a full shift.
• Valid driver’s license may be required in some states.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage on arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel services.
• Inspect rooms for order and restock supplies as needed.
• Deliver messages, flowers, laundry and packages.
• Assist with room changes and provide directions or local information.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions and transportation options.
