Job summary

Marriott Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking a Bell/Luggage Attendant to warmly assist guests with luggage, direct them to rooms, and explain hotel facilities. This on-site role requires the ability to drive and lift luggage, while maintaining a tidy lobby and bell stand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with guests and knowledge of local area events.
• Must have valid driving record and ability to drive vans, limousines, and automobiles.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Show guests to rooms and assist with luggage.
• Explain hotel facilities, hours of operation, and answer questions.
• Check luggage for day and overnight stays.
• Maintain the lobby, bell stand, and baggage room cleanliness.
• Deliver messages and valet to guest rooms.
• Perform airport pick-ups/drop-offs as needed.
• Assist front desk with key inventory twice weekly.
• Attend shifts reliably and follow attendance rules.
