Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant at the Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort. You will assist guests during arrival and departure, help with luggage, and showcase the hotel facilities while delivering attentive service.

You will drive vans and support airport transfers, maintain lobby areas, and work as part of a dynamic team to ensure a seamless guest experience. A high school diploma and a clean driving record are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Hotel/hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Explain hotel facilities, hours, and services to guests.
• Open doors and maintain lobby and bell stand areas.
• Assist with luggage storage, pick-ups, and airport shuttle tasks.
• Perform valet duties as needed and support front desk with key inventory.
