Hilton in Baltimore is seeking a Bellperson/Porter to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and help guests with room amenities. You’ll transport guests as needed and maintain equipment to uphold Hilton's high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
• Handle luggage with care: Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
• Assist with guest transport: Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
• Maintain equipment standards: Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
