Job summary

Houston Grand Hotel - River Oaks seeks a courteous bell attendant to warmly welcome guests, escort them to rooms, assist with luggage, and explain hotel facilities. You will help guests with bags, guide them to amenities, and ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

In a fast-paced lobby, you will uphold a clean, organized space while supporting front desk operations and guest inquiries to create a memorable Houston stay.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Comfort with assisting guests with luggage and navigating hotel facilities.

Responsibilities

• Show guests to room and assist with luggage.
• Explain hotel amenities, hours, and local services.
• Check luggage for day and overnight guests; maintain lobby areas and bell stand.
• Open doors, greet guests, and ensure a warm welcome.
• Assist with airport pickups/drop-offs when needed.
• Support front desk with key inventory and shift communication.
