Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months experience as a Bell or Doorperson in a luxury hotel or equivalent.
• Clear use of spoken English.
• Fluency in English
• High School Graduate / GED

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with luggage to and from rooms.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel amenities.
• Load and unload luggage for arrivals and departures.
• Assist guests with transportation and cab requests.
• Maintain luggage area organization and security.
• Help with mail and package delivery when needed.
