Park MGM, part-time Bell Person position within MGM Resorts International, invites energetic individuals to welcome guests and assist with luggage, transportation, and personalized guest services. You will deliver a memorable stay with a professional, courteous attitude and a focus on WOW moments.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with possible prior guest-facing experience, and must be flexible to work weekends and holidays. Includes meals, parking, health benefits, and development opportunities.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Six (6) months of prior guest-facing customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a AAA 5 Diamond, Mobil 5 Star, or Forbes hotel/resort setting preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate with all stakeholders.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting, interacting with, and assisting guests and hotel staff in a professional manner.
• Collect, transport, deliver, and store guest luggage and personal items.
• Escort guests and provide information about guest rooms, hotel amenities, and property features.
• Make and receive phone calls related to guest requests, services, deliveries, and information.
