Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Front Desk Specialist for The Reserve at Park MGM in Las Vegas. This part-time role focuses on delivering personalized service, managing arrivals and departures, and creating WOW moments for guests in an intimate luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in high-volume guest services, strong communication, and the ability to work diverse shifts including weekends and holidays. Perks include free meals, parking, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of prior relevant experience in a high-volume call center or guest services.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner in a fast-paced environment.
• Dispatch and coordinate guest requests, including luggage assistance, room service orders, housekeeping amenities, wake-up calls, check-outs, early arrivals, late departures, messages, paging, long-distance assistance, and other special services.
• Provide guests with information regarding property amenities, services, and facilities.
• Maintain complete knowledge of room service menu offerings and recommend additional food and beverage options when appropriate.
