Job summary

MGM Resorts International in National Harbor, Maryland, seeks a Bell Attendant for our Front Services team to greet guests and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. You will serve as a first and last contact, delivering personalized service and creating WOW moments during every stay.

Responsibilities include answering questions, assisting with luggage, guiding guests, and maintaining luggage security, with opportunities to develop professionally within a luxury hospitality

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Previous luxury hotel, resort, casino-resort, valet, transportation, or bell/door experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Forbes-style or luxury-service standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about rooms, dining, events and directions.
• Resolve guest concerns within authority and report issues to supervisor.
• Open doors for guests and assist with luggage.
• Transport luggage and escort guests to rooms and other areas.
• Provide room orientation and guest assistance as needed.
• Process tickets for guest items and belongings.
• Process group baggage for arrivals and departures.
• Maintain security of the luggage area.
