Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to lift items over 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Bell Team's daily operations, including scheduling and training.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with courtesy and professionalism.
• Transport luggage and ensure secure storage when needed.
• Provide information about rooms, amenities, and hotel services; answer inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Valet, Concierge, and Housekeeping for smooth operations.
• Attend mandatory trainings and adapt to varying schedules.
