Job summary

Loews Arlington Hotel is seeking a confident Bell Captain to lead our Guest Services team and create seamless experiences for guests. You will direct daily operations, inspire the team, and ensure warm, professional interactions that reflect Loews hospitality.

This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment in Arlington, Texas. Join a team that values service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year leadership experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift items in excess of 75 lbs.
  • Hotel or resort experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Bell Team's daily operations, including scheduling and training.
  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism.
  • Safely handle and transport luggage and packages and store as needed.
  • Provide information about rooms, amenities and hotel facilities; respond to inquiries.
  • Communicate hotel emergency procedures when necessary.
  • Promote hotel services, dining options and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
  • Coordinate with Front Desk, Valet, Concierge, Housekeeping for smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of equipment and work areas.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Safely handle and transport luggage, baggage, and packages; ensure secure storage when needed.

  • Provide detailed information about rooms, amenities, and hotel facilities; address guest inquiries promptly.

  • Communicate hotel emergency procedures when necessary.

  • Promote hotel services, dining options, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.

  • Coordinate with other departments-Front Desk, Valet, Concierge, Housekeeping-to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of all equipment and work areas.

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards.

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.

  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum one-year (1)leadershipexperience in a hospitality or customer service rolepreferred.

  • Strong verbal communication skillsrequired.
