Job summary

Omni William Penn Hotel in downtown Pittsburgh seeks a friendly Bell Attendant to support guest arrivals and departures. You will handle luggage, escort guests, and assist with packages, while coordinating with Valet and Front Desk teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.

Role requires standing, walking, lifting, and excellent communication. Prior bell/doorperson experience is a plus; a valid PA license and DMV check are necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a variety of shifts (AM/PM/Overnight/Weekends/Holidays).
• Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Bell or doorperson experience preferred in a four-diamond hotel.
• Drug test and DMV driving record check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in transporting and storing guest luggage.
• Assist with guest packages and escort guests to rooms.
• Transport guests to rooms and meeting areas; coordinate with valet.
• Log trips from the bellstand and maintain a neat uniform appearance.
• Greet guests with Moments of Service and provide city information.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Housekeeping to meet guest needs.
