Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document client behavior and progress for clinical review.

• Maintain safety and order, following all safety protocols and procedures.
• Respond to crisis situations using de-escalation techniques in collaboration with staff.
• Mentor and train junior staff to enhance performance.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations in documentation.

Job Purpose:- The Behavioral Tech III at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing advanced support and care to individuals with behavioral health needs.
