Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience with mental health disorders or substance abuse is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and provide direct client care.
• Monitor, document client behavior, progress, and incidents per policies.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and follow safety protocols.

Job Purpose:- The Behavioral Tech II at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing direct care and support to clients during Shift 3. This role involves assisting in the implementation of treatment plans, monitoring client behavior, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for all clients.
