Job summary

LifeStream Behavioral Center, Inc. seeks a Behavioral Tech III to deliver advanced support in a behavioral health setting. You will implement therapeutic interventions, monitor client progress, and maintain a safe, supportive environment during Shift 3.

You will collaborate with therapists and counselors, assist with treatment plans, facilitate group activities, and help clients develop life skills for greater independence. Strong crisis intervention and documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health.
• Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation.
• Experience working with diverse populations including individuals with mental health disorders.
• Proficient in electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients.

Job Purpose:- The Behavioral Tech III is responsible for providing advanced support and care to clients within a behavioral health setting during Shift 3.
