Job summary

LifeStream in Florida is seeking a Behavioral Tech III to provide advanced support for individuals with behavioral health needs. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality services and help clients achieve treatment goals.

The role includes monitoring and supporting clients, implementing care plans, facilitating activities, documenting progress, communicating with families and professionals, and supporting staff onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in substance abuse and mental health settings.
• Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support clients through direct observation to ensure safety and well-being.
• Implement and follow individualized care plans and treatment protocols.
• Assist in development and facilitation of therapeutic activities and group sessions.
• Document client behavior, progress, and incidents accurately and timely.

Job Purpose:- The Behavioral Tech III is responsible for providing advanced support and care to individuals with behavioral health needs. This role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and support.
