Job summary

FullBloom’s SESI division is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support K-12 students with intensive behavioral needs in in-district classrooms and standalone schools. You will work one-on-one with students, implement behavior support plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic guidance and promote growth.

The role emphasizes data-driven instruction, PBIS-based strategies, and close coordination with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with an assigned student to meet goals in their IEP.
• Develop and modify behavior support plans and document progress.
• Apply de-escalation techniques and crisis management as needed to ensure safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to implement plans consistently.
• Provide personal care support as needed and communicate with parents.
