Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, implement behavior plans, and help students achieve individualized education plan goals in diverse school settings. The role involves direct student support, data recording, crisis de-escalation, and communication with families, with a focus on safe, inclusive learning environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in educational settings with intensive behavioral needs preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student to meet goals in the IEP.
• Develop and modify behavior support plans and implement them.
• Record data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents.
